How to Special Order Our Products For Your Customers

• Some customers may want different sizes or variations of the Better Built products that you currently offer in your store. For that reason, we allow special ordering of products and will ship them directly to your store for the customer to pickup.

• To special order Better Built products, ask a manager for assistance.  If you have never done a special order from us before, please call us at 1-800-366-8269 for assistance and we can walk you through it over the phone.

• You may have to enter the order as a manual entry.

• You must fax the order to 888-324-3297

• Once a special order is placed, typical store delivery takes 2-4 weeks.
